技術參數 提取(qu)罐容積:1m3 2m3 3m3 6m3 濃縮器容積:0.5m3 1m3 1.5m3 2.5m3 水(shui)提溫度:90~100℃ 醇提溫度:78~83℃ 提取時間:4~5小時/批 真(zhen)空度:0.05~0.08MPa 使用壓力(li):0.08~0.2MPa 設備特點: 1、收(shou)膏率比多能罐提高(gao)(gao)10~15%,藥(yao)(yao)膏內含(han)有效(xiao)(xiao)成分(fen)高(gao)(gao)1倍以上。由(you)于在(zai)提取過程中(zhong),熱的(de)溶(rong)(rong)劑連(lian)續(xu)加到藥(yao)(yao)面上,由(you)上至下(xia)高(gao)(gao)速(su)通過藥(yao)(yao)材(cai)(cai)層,溶(rong)(rong)解藥(yao)(yao)材(cai)(cai)中(zhong)的(de)溶(rong)(rong)質,藥(yao)(yao)材(cai)(cai)中(zhong)的(de)溶(rong)(rong)質含(han)量(liang)與溶(rong)(rong)劑中(zhong)溶(rong)(rong)質含(han)量(liang)保持了高(gao)(gao)梯度,藥(yao)(yao)材(cai)(cai)中(zhong)的(de)溶(rong)(rong)質高(gao)(gao)速(su)溶(rong)(rong)出,直至*溶(rong)(rong)出,則有效(xiao)(xiao)成分(fen)提取率高(gao)(gao),故收(shou)膏率高(gao)(gao)、藥(yao)(yao)膏里有效(xiao)(xiao)成份(fen)含(han)量(liang)高(gao)(gao)。 2、由(you)于溶質高速溶出(chu),提(ti)(ti)取時(shi)間短,濃(nong)縮與提(ti)(ti)取同步進(jin)行,故藥材到濃(nong)縮藥膏只需7~8小時(shi),設備(bei)利用率高。 3、設備(bei)單一、占地小(xiao)、設備(bei)利用率高(gao),故投資省(sheng)。 4、提取(qu)只(zhi)加1次溶(rong)劑,在一(yi)套密封(feng)設(she)備(bei)內循環使用(yong),藥渣里的溶(rong)劑基本上能回收出來,故(gu)溶(rong)劑用(yong)量比多能提取(qu)罐少(shao)30%以上,消耗率可(ke)降(jiang)50~70%,這為用(yong)有機溶(rong)劑提取(qu)、提純中藥中有效成分鋪(pu)平了道路。 5、由于(yu)濃縮(suo)的二次蒸汽(qi)作(zuo)提(ti)取(qu)的熱源,抽(chou)入(ru)濃縮(suo)器的提(ti)取(qu)液(ye)與濃縮(suo)同溫度(du),可節藥50%以(yi)上的蒸汽(qi),操(cao)作(zuo)很簡便(bian),減少了(le)操(cao)作(zuo)人員。 中藥材多功能提取器工作原理: 將藥(yao)(yao)材(cai)投(tou)入(ru)提(ti)取(qu)(qu)罐內,加藥(yao)(yao)材(cai)的5~10倍的溶媒如水、乙醇(chun)(chun)、甲(jia)醇(chun)(chun)、丙酮等(據工藝要(yao)求)。開啟(qi)提(ti)取(qu)(qu)罐直(zhi)通(tong)和(he)夾(jia)套蒸汽(qi)閥門,使(shi)提(ti)取(qu)(qu)液(ye)(ye)(ye)加熱(re)至沸騰20~30分鐘后,用抽濾管將1/3提(ti)取(qu)(qu)液(ye)(ye)(ye)抽入(ru)濃縮(suo)器。關閉提(ti)取(qu)(qu)罐直(zhi)通(tong)和(he)夾(jia)套蒸汽(qi)、開啟(qi)加熱(re)器閥門使(shi)液(ye)(ye)(ye)料進行濃縮(suo)。濃縮(suo)時(shi)產生(sheng)二次(ci)蒸汽(qi),通(tong)過蒸發器上升管送入(ru)提(ti)取(qu)(qu)罐作提(ti)取(qu)(qu)的熱(re)源和(he)溶液(ye)(ye)(ye),維(wei)持提(ti)取(qu)(qu)罐內沸騰。 二次蒸(zheng)汽(qi)繼續(xu)上升,經(jing)冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)成(cheng)(cheng)熱冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)液,回落到(dao)(dao)提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)罐(guan)內(nei)作新溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)加(jia)到(dao)(dao)藥(yao)面上,新溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)由(you)上而(er)下高(gao)(gao)速通過藥(yao)材層到(dao)(dao)提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)罐(guan)底部,藥(yao)材中(zhong)的(de)可(ke)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)性有效成(cheng)(cheng)份溶(rong)(rong)(rong)解于提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)罐(guan)內(nei)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)。提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)液經(jing)抽(chou)(chou)濾管抽(chou)(chou)入濃(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)器、濃(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)產生(sheng)的(de)二次蒸(zheng)汽(qi)又送到(dao)(dao)提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)罐(guan)作熱源和新溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji),這(zhe)樣形成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)新溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)大回流提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu),故藥(yao)材中(zhong)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)質(zhi)密度與(yu)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)中(zhong)含溶(rong)(rong)(rong)質(zhi)密度保持(chi)高(gao)(gao)梯(ti)度,藥(yao)材中(zhong)的(de)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)質(zhi)高(gao)(gao)速溶(rong)(rong)(rong)出(chu)(chu),直(zhi)至*溶(rong)(rong)(rong)出(chu)(chu)(提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)液無色),此時,提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)液停止抽(chou)(chou)入濃(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)器,濃(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)的(de)二次蒸(zheng)汽(qi)轉送冷(leng)(leng)卻器,濃(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)繼續(xu)進行,直(zhi)至濃(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)成(cheng)(cheng)需要比重(zhong)(1.2~1.34)的(de)藥(yao)膏,放出(chu)(chu)被用(yong)。提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)罐(guan)內(nei)的(de)無色液體,可(ke)放入貯罐(guan)作下批復(fu)用(yong),藥(yao)渣(zha)從出(chu)(chu)渣(zha)門排(pai)掉,若是用(yong)有機溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu),則(ze)先(xian)加(jia)適量的(de)水,開(kai)直(zhi)通和夾套蒸(zheng)汽(qi),回收溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)后,將渣(zha)排(pai)掉。 |
